How do I get VS to price this partner award on ANA correctly?
I called to price out SFO-NRT-PVG round trip, with SFO-NRT in F, NRT-PVG in Business (no F on NRT-PVG).
My understanding is that the total trip should be 120K miles, as the total journey is between 11,001 - 14,000 miles.
But agent quoted a price of 155K miles, breaking this into two awards, one F award for SFO-NRT 110K, and one C award NRT-PVG 45K.
I tried to point out that Virgin website used to have this example:

return is 12,440 miles + 6624 = 19,064 miles in total. Therefore if you are travelling on NH in
Economy, you will need to redeem 80,000 miles for this journey. Please refer to table above.
which indicates that total distance of return journey adds all segments together, but agent just repeated this was the price.
Any suggestion on how to get VS to price this correctly?
