Citi does not now always approve without regard to bonus qualification. On two recent applications for my eleventy-seventh and eleventy-eighth Hilton Signature, I was transferred to a supervisor who denied my applications because I'd already opened one a few months back. Same thing happened to DW on her eleventy-fourth.
