Not sure if this is still true, as several people, including DW, have been denied for a second card within 60 days when it seemed approval would be easy. One person was told by CSR that the rule is now 1 card per 60 days, but we all know that Citi CSRs make stuff up.
Has anyone been approved for 2 Citi cards in less than 60 days in the last month?
