I have been with Hyatt for about two decades. The elimination of "stay" as one of the ways to qualify for the globalist/diamond status makes it very difficult for some travelers (like me), who don't stay at one place extensively. As a current diamond member, this change is very disappointing. While I would love to stay with Hyatt, it's clear to me that Hyatt doesn't care about a customer like me or forces me to switch to other hotel chains. It's utmost frustrating.
