EZ-Pass from Pennsylvania works. You need to follow what earlier posts said and wait until it is out of the PENDING stage. If it is pending, travel credit won't be. Also, I wouldn't wait until the last minute. It took 2 days for the transaction to finalize. Give yourself at least a week to meet the December bill deadline. DO NOT WAIT until December 31st.
