Basic rooms, lower end for US HIX properties

What was good and what was bad?
Good:- Full brand-standard breakfast
- Good access to the highway
- Quiet, slept fine
Bad:- Just barely enough parking; had to park behind the hotel
- There is a wooded area at the back of the parking lot that was a little dodgy (some reviewers say they found needles there; not surprising)
- Room was a little worn down but still reasonable condition
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
I would be fine with returning but there are better options in other chains nearby. Primary motivation for this stay was to finish a promotion, otherwise I would have probably picked the HGI nearby.
