You need to consider the cost of a time machine to book this place though, and I couldn't find one in stock at Amazon - so it might end up being far more expensive than the Conrad. I'd keep it.
My understanding is that it's still possible to book a Garden villa for 5 nights using 130k SPG, then upgrade to OWV for about $500/nt
