I was on a leisure trip driving on portions of Route 66 in 2009 and noticed this place coming into Kingman from the north. It is possible to go up to the fence surrounding the area for a distant look at some of the planes. This is one of the photos of two of the planes near the fence, A TWA L-1011 and a DHL 727.
Cool, I was bummed that all the L-1011s had been scrapped by the time I started going. The first year I went there was still a line of DHL 727s but when I went back in 2016 they had had the same fate
