Hand baggage only, with boarding pass, non EU flight, just over 30 mins from arrival at T5 to B gates at just past 10am. Queues to check bags longer than usual, fast track slightly busier, lots of people running around to try and get to their flights so clearly some have had to wait a while or left it tight.
Delays seem to be if you have bags to check and don't have a BP with you.
