AA Android app upgrade list-grey names
Often, in the moments before a flight, as I review the upgrade list, I notice some names (often mine) are displayed in grey instead of black.
Some are also displayed in boldface font.
These are not the cleared passengers, who are noted with a check mark. Nor are they consecutively greyed from either the bottom of the list orb the top.
Dues anyone know what this connotes? Perhaps we have been "mathematically eliminated" from receiving an upgrade and highlighted for the amusement/schadenfreude of others?
