sounds good, thanks! re lack of arrival queues - FT told me no queues at GVA. there were queues. so i regretted not doing VVIP there. (i guess many on FT are also first off plane in F.) doing VVIP is kind of like insurance re queues.
upcoming paid at LAX will have tarmac transfer (i saw theyre hiring drivers) not sure re international
