UA remains the worst airline in the country by a mile, IMO. Being in SF, I am still stuck flying it if I have to go to poorly served cities, but it's a decidedly unpleasant experience for various reasons at least 70% of the time.
I hear you but , playing devils advocate here, what makes the VX F famously better?

It is the food?
FA ?
seats?
On time performance?

Again, just being honest.

The seats are FAR AND ABOVE better than UA F

But, i thought the food choices and quality were equal

My flights are almost always on time (VX and UA)

The flight attendants have been great on both

Is it marketing?
