Of course. I buy a ticket and they set expectations. The lack of consistency continues. Again, for me, as a passenger, it's vapor ware and likely to be for some time to come. It's been great to buy a product like a TATL business ticket only to see the arrival services disappear between purchase and flight.
When I return from AKL in January in business, I expect nothing different. I don't believe training will overcome the inconsistent experiences I have had in international business and domestic first this year.
Cheer on and be sure to tell me to be grateful to have a seat on the plane and get from point A to point B at some point in time no matter what I have paid.
