Had a one night stay at the Element as part of a quick weekend trip. Bounced around to get stays. Booked morning of using points, arrived about 2 hours later at 12:30pm, asked if I could check in early but had no problem coming back. Agent commented on the small town on my license, and we talked about that for a minute. He bumped me up one class of a room, had a kitchenette separated form the bed by a half wall and a couch. Walked over to the Harpoon tour and dinner at the big sports bar down from it. Had to checkout before breakfasted started to catch the flight. Overall, positive experience!
