If the swap occurred, this would be a nice way to even out the distribution of pax with J pax in one lounge and UC members and Star Gold and above in the other. It's been awhile since I've done UA out of LHR, but I remember the lounges being pretty packed.
I was at the GFL a few weeks ago. It really became crowded. There is no way that it could hold all the Polaris passengers flying out of LHR. The UC there, however, certainly can hold at least double the amount of people. Makes sense to me (and a UA manager with whom I spoke.)
