Perhaps they would do a swap with the UC.
If the swap occurred, this would be a nice way to even out the distribution of pax with J pax in one lounge and UC members and Star Gold and above in the other. It's been awhile since I've done UA out of LHR, but I remember the lounges being pretty packed.
