Couldn't agree more and had the same thoughts. The Rewards program is everywhere in lobby, yet the manager has no idea what it is.

I really like the earning / redemption value and structure of the program, but it would be nice to have some of the promised benefits as well instead of the manager telling you that they don't exist.
