A bit tired but otherwise unremarkable

What was good and what was bad?
Good:- Easy access to the highway
Bad:- When I arrived, they were in the middle of a construction project; no notice of it anywhere on the website
- Construction equipment was using more than a third of the parking lot, so there were no spaces open when I arrived; had to park behind the hotel next door
- Even with Platinum status, the hotel had blocked me a room on the construction side of the hotel with no option to change
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
No. The entire arrival experience was frustrating and there really is nothing special about the hotel compared to dozens of other choices.
