I'd love some help please. I have read through this thread but only ended up more confused

Flying Cathay. Live in Melbourne. Travel mostly to LHR, via Asia. Economy.

Which OneWorld FF airline should I choose?

Benefits I'm (eventually) looking for:

-Extra checkin baggage.
-Lounge access
-Chance of upgrade
