Chase does not mention the signup bonus in any materials. If you are paranoid about it, you can send them a message through the website asking for what offer you have and when you have to meet spend.
You should downgrade your Sapphire to the no-annual fee Sapphire or a Freedom instead, since your UR points are now worth more and you will keep the line open with Chase in case they release another good card you may want to change to. You'll get a prorated fee refund when you do this.
