I'm wondering about the proof of family relationship. What kind of document did you guys submit, and did it really have to be one "that has been issued within six months"? In my case the birth certificate was notarized and translated a decade ago. Does that mean I need to do it again for Asiana?
When I called and talked to them yesterday, the person said to send in the first page of my tax return (with SSN, etc. redacted). This showed my spouse and my children.
I can't confirm that it worked because the registration has not gone through yet, but that seemed easier than trying to piece together copies of birth certificates and marriage licenses.
