Lyft has stopped picking up from Logan Airport entirely. Uber vehicles can still pick up from as long as they have the appropriate license. All UberBlack vehicles comply, so it's still quite easy to call one of them. Nowadays, I've found it harder to find UberX vehicles that are allowed/around to pick up at BOS. (Over 50% of the time when I check, it just says "no cars available." And often when a licensed UberX does pop up on the radar, it gets snatched up within seconds.) YMMV.
