I’ve been lucky enough to travel around the world, but one thing I’ve always kept pushing aside and putting off is exploring more of my own country, ie. Canada.
I agree so much with this. Despite growing up in Canada and living there until high school I've visited about as many continents for vacation as I have cities in Canada. Vacations as a kid were always to outside the country and now other places just rank higher on the priority list, though with the USD/CAD exchange being what it is, now wouldn't be a bad time to come back.
