I am torn between reports that it is safer now than it has been and reports that, while safer, there is still lots to watch out for (and there is still a US State Department Advisory in effect.) If you would, do you have travel tips or recommendations for that area? I don't want to hold her back if it's safe but I do have significant concerns.
