If you don't have a corporate rate, but have a corporate rate task, contact IHG!
Upthread someone said they did, and (after some negotiating) IHG agreed to not require the corporate rate but yet give the points for the task, or something like that. Search This Threads for "corporate rate" if you want to see what they were told more precisely.
