I ran across this and hope it may be helpful to others (note - I saw AA fare for ~$100 more via PHL with YYZ-PHL in economy). I didn't see an appropriate existing thread, so, I started a new one...sorry if I missed an existing thread. I see FCO for US$1553 and some NAP for similar too.

Fare Class - it looks like I on the TATL legs and J on the intra-Europe legs.

I believe this has a 10-day minimum stay and that TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED ON/BEFORE 14SEP 16
