I want to book Virgin's SFO-HNL non-stop connecting on Hawaiian to Lihue, and am trying to figure out how to book that on a single ticket so I can check bags all the way thru, etc.

I can't do that thru the Virgin website, has anyone else done this and is it possible by calling Virgin, do I have to use a 3rd party ticketing site like Orbitz, etc? I'd like to just deal with Virgin, but not sure how best to do that.
