Ah, I think you hit the nail on the head. I don't think I was running it in the itinerary window. Sorry for the newbie mistake!
It's working now but my itinerary seems a little too complex for most of the OTAs and the ones that do price it up are coming in more expensive than matrix. Looks like I may have to find a local travel agent after all. Thanks for the help!
