That's pretty bad given Delta's focus on attracting and maintaining HVC and premium passengers. Is this due to lack of on-going maintenance on the seats or the seats being at the end of their projected life cycle?
Have any of the 777 D1 cabins been fitted with the new Delta One seat covers?
