Crowne Plaza Beijing Wanfujing is the only hotel ever do DCC on me without mentioning about it. Lucky I saw it when I hand the signed invoice back to them.
The majority of hotels in China I stayed at had DCC set as the default. I hate it. You must have been lucky in the past.
