The $0.015 vs $0.0125 redemption value is meaningless if you transfer points to airlines or hotels, because that value applies only to travel redemptions.
The signup bonus is a temporary element which won't affect the decision to use or keep the card after the bonus is awarded. Chase is a
me too bank, their entire credit card business has been built through acquisition, and (yet again) I am not seeing anything innovative.
