Le Lan: A French-Vietnamese restaurant at 749 N. Clark St. starring Roland Liccioni (Les Nomades) as executive chef and Arun Sampanthavivat (Arun's) as "collaborating" toque; the latter will also handle the design, and both will maintain their roles at their existing establishments.
