Am I reading the past few pages correctly in that if Citi has converted you to Platinum MC (just received notice in mail), the 24 month clock for the MC has restarted and there is nothing you can do about it
I received the notice, but when I called, Citi claimed the card had not yet been converted (they didn't see an MC account number in their system). I'm hoping I caught it in time.
