The BH extended family (5 adults & a couple of rug rats) is renting a Waillea condo over the Christmas holidays. If we were home in Seattle we'd have a standing rib roast, but that seems rather mundane (as would roast turkey). While you are on track with a roast pig, King Crab says nothing Hawaiian. How about some Kona Slipper Lobster or Kona Crab:
