Apologies since I know this probably comes up a lot, but just want to confirm because of the dates...I applied for Citi Plat in 11/2015, and it was converted to WE around 01/2016 or 02/2016. Am I able to apply for another Citi Plat and get the bonus? I know there's been post about mailers, but I was just wondering if the fact that the conversion was back in Jan-Feb versus more recently if I somehow was still able to take advantage of the WE loophole without a mailer...
