If there are any changes, I'd expect that Citi will provide advance notice to existing cardholders before they are implemented for them, so we should probably be on the lookout for some mailings from Citi in the next few weeks.
Good point. I can only imagine the amount of closures if all these rumored changes are announced all at once.
