Pretty much all intra-asian flights are now dry. Definitely everything 3 hours and under, but there are reports of longer flights too.
Flew REP-KUL-HKG this past weekend on MH and can confirm the lack of booze on the REP-KUL flight. KUL-HKG had none listed on the menu but on my way back from the lav I did see a cart with alcohol. I just wanted to sleep so didn't ask but it certainly was never offered.
So definitely dry BKK-KUL, KUL-DEL is a possibility but I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised to see further service reductions.
