This is the first that I've heard about SkyRegional picking up some of the disused UAX Q400s. When did it happen?

I think 4 ex-UAX Q400s are going to Jazz. Fin 495 is ex N507LX, and Fin 497 is ex N510LX, considering Fin 496 and 498 are also in the same group I'd bet they are similar.

AC8601/08JUL was operated by a Jazz Q400, not Sky Regional.
