AC customer service. They are pretty good. I've had 2 experiences. Once they paid no issue, the other time they tried to avoid it and I reminded them that acft maintenance issues do not absolve them of their EC 261/2004 liabilities. They paid. Remember it's 600€ in a negotiable document (cash, cheque, etc). Travel vouchers are only acceptable if approved by the passenger.
