It wouldn't put any mark on his record because the complaint would be circle-filed immediately. If you don't seek to get a solution to the problem then why do you seek to harm his career? That's so bloody petty.

Public education is not harassment. If I get stopped doing 80 in a 55 I expect to get "lectured". Some cops actually care and want to do more than just hand out a piece of paper.
