Have you been able to successfully churn the biz cards previous to the April 22nd language?
Did you verify upfront if you'll be receiving the bonus? (I know Citi CSRs aren't dependable but just want to know anyway).
Did you apply for the biz card after you had cancelled the master account of the previous biz card?
