You sound like someone with some common sense, but I'm not giving up the fight on this issue. I have acknowledged that secondary harassment does not violate the Fourth Amendment because of the Supreme Court's misguided ruling on implied consent. I hope a future Court will reverse this error, not only for airport access and security, but also for the elimination of sobriety checkpoints and other areas where your consent is extorted out of you.
