Austman - I feel very comfortable with you sharing your experiences here. This has a lot to do with 'a typical frequent fliers problem'. Sharing ff-experiences and exchanging commentaries how to handle specific ff-situations is what this board, in my opinion, is about.
But I would be very reluctant to use this board/postings as a kind of 'threat' against the airline(s).
