What kind of relationship do you have with your banker? Do you have other accounts, a bonafide checking relationship with thousands of dollars on deposit, or something up to CPC?
I ask because I have chatted up relationship manager/bankers at 3 Chase B&M locations--all were nice but I'm not sure what potential factors could make this already-YMMV situation more or less probable.
