At http://www.jungfrau.ch/en/sommer/tou...e/experiences/ various options are noted: you can buy 3, 4 or more consecutive JUNGFRAU REGIONAL day passes; in addition (until mid October), the first few trains in the morning, to the TOP, are discounted--you have to "fiddle" with the options.
Outside the Jungfrau region you are NOT doing enough traveling to get a full SWISS PASS (which does NOT cover the expensive part of your trip). 2nd class on SBB is very good and a lot cheaper than 1st.
But, the weather at the base (Interlaken) may be "great", at the TOP it may not be good--plan your day to the TOP factoring in weather predictions.
[A big chunk of the last leg to the TOP is through a tunnel.]
