Something else went wrong with your app, and it might be worth it to call Recon again and see if a different CSR can tell what it was, and maybe fix it for you.
Called back and they stuck with the $3900 CL based on number of accounts with BofA (two cards w/$6100 total credit) and overall credit report. I tried to get her to admit that was ridiculous but she defaulted to same reply. In any event, closed Plat card and moving on
