No, that's just the gist of what I've read lately. Citi is AKA "your miles may vary", so I probably shouldn't have stated that so strongly. As to what they may decide to do tomorrow
I wouldn't be surprised, although I don't know of any data points on this as the Prestige and Premier cards in their current form are too new, if Citi was willing to give you one Retention bonus per year, just not 2 bonuses per year. But only time will tell on that. And there have been major changes in basic policies every @6 months or so lately, so anything one might say about what Citi will be doing a year from now is pure speculation.
