What did I do or say wrong? No offer for me. United Chase Club.
I called chase service number, telling the female rep that my card fee of $395 is due and I like to have some retention offers. She flatly refused, telling me to cancel this club card any time. Then I mentioned to her that some other holders of the same card got some nice offers. She then said "We normally don't give out offers for this kind of cards."
What kind of cards she referred to? I spent about $13000 the past year on this card. Is it because I am not a high spender on this card?
I am very frustrated and defeated, feeling very low about myself.
Anything else I can do?
