My guess is Hawaiian Air. I think Hawaiian's DC-8s were gone by 1992, and their DC-10s had yet to arrive, so this would have been flown with an L-1011.
If I didn't know better, I too would have chosen Hawaiian Air. However, as I now know better, I have to tell you that we're looking for a doifferent airline here...
