To be honest, the PVR-EWR salad was way better than the spinach salad on the IAH-PVR leg. I was wondering if the salad was catered in PVR (as opposed to EWR) because it seemed really fresh and the oil and vinegar was a nice change from the heavy cream based dressing. The IAH-PVR salad had about 6 spinach leaves and the thick honey dijon dressing unfortunately did not mix well with it.
